Q: What is the minimum order size I can place?

A: Our minimum imprinted order is 500. However, we can send you any quantity less than that as long as it is not imprinted with your information. The standard per-piece pricing guide applies to both imprinted and non-imprinted orders.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: The fastest and easiest way is to fax us your completed order form and then email a copy of your logo to info@sinclairtownes.com. We can also accept orders by phone, U.S. mail or email.

Q: How much does it cost to imprint my information on any of the publications?

A: If desired, we will imprint the publications with your name, address, telephone number, logo, or other information. Prices include imprinting in black ink.

Q: How can I send you my logo?

A: You can either mail or email a copy of your logo to us. Mail us a clean copy of your logo slick or, for faster processing, email your logo to us in a TIFF or JPEG file format to info@sinclairtownes.com. All logos must be sent in IBM format only; unfortunately, we can not accept Macintosh files.

Q: How much does it cost to do my imprint in color?

A: There is no imprinting fee for imprints in black ink. For color imprints, add: $115 for one-color, $215 for two-color, and $315 for three-color. Call us for a quote on four-color imprints.

Q: How long does it take to get a proof of our order?

A: Typically we will fax you a proof of your personalized order within 8 business hours of receiving your order. Proofs for orders received after 1 p.m. on Friday will be faxed the following Monday.

Q: How long does it take to receive our publications?

A: Most orders are shipped out 5 days after your proof is approved. All orders are shipped UPS Ground; however, we can expedite your order if necessary.

Q: How much does it cost to ship an order?

A: Regular shipping is 6 percent of the cost of your order. You can save shipping charges by enclosing a check with your completed order form. Orders are shipped UPS Ground. If you would like your order sent quicker than UPS Ground, we will bill you for the additional charges.

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: We will notify you via email when your order has shipped with the estimated date on which it will be delivered.

Q: Can we change the pictures, text, color, etc. in your publications?

A: All of our publications consist of pre-printed shells on which we overprint your information. Therefore, we are unable to change any of the content contained in each of the publications. For orders of 20,000 or more it may be possible to make changes to the publication shells. Please call us for pricing.

Q: How can I get samples of your publications, an order form and pricing guide, etc.?

A: You can either download .pdf samples of our publications from this Web site, or we can mail you a complete sample packet.

Q: Is there a discount on non-imprinted orders?

A: No. The cost per quantity on the pricing guide applies to both imprinted and non-imprinted orders.

Q: Do you accept Credit Cards?

A: Yes. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
